Garlic-Cheddar Spread

  • 1 lb Grafton Garlic Cheddar
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt and cayenne pepper to taste
  1. Grate garlic cheddar into bowl and mash cream cheese into it, then add minced garlic, lemon juice and sugar. Beat until smooth and fully blended. Add in salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
  2. Divide mixture into 4 equal parts and mold into uniform shapes. Wrap each separately in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 days to mature.

Makes a great accompaniment for any cracker.
