Wine, Beer & Cheese Pairings

We love to pair our cheeses with different wines and beer. We've heard you can even pair them with tea.  There's no better way to get the full experience of our handcrafted cheddars than to match them up with the perfect beverage.  It can be a mind-boggling experience to find the right match, so we did the work for you. We also enlisted the help of our friends at Long Trail Brewing Company, located about an hour north of us in Grafton. You'll see their suggestions on pairing their great brews with our cheese.

Below are just a few suggestions we came up with. Please share your favorites and additional recommendations with us.
