I had the opportunity to attend a dairy-related event this past week. There was certainly a wide array of cheeses, milk, ice cream, yogurt - you name it. Strengthening Farm and Food Education

Flat Sarah Loves Cheese

Are you familiar with the Flat Stanley project? School children around the country send two-dimensional Stanley to people in other states, who use Stanley to help the kids learn about their states. Recently, we were asked to participate by a school who used flat versions of the students themselves, and so, Flat Sarah came to visit the Grafton cheese plant. She even got to make cheese! Our Grafton Cruiser was NOT disqualified! It raced and placed 10th out of 12th. Everyone was raving about it and they were announcing it as Grafton Village Cheese “and yes it is REAL cheese”. The car was a big hit even though it wasn’t the fastest. So no it DID NOT get disqualified.

Just wanted to keep things accurate.
