This year has been one for the history book! Although award winning Grafton Cheddar may not be the biggest national story of the year, it is certainly the tastiest! We are happy to say that additional Grafton Cheddar is becoming available with the opening of Brattleboro’s new manufacturing and retail location.

Our First Day of Cheesemaking in Brattleboro is a success! Now we get to wait at least a  year before we get to sell it.
